About Me
*Make Sure you read my HOME tab*
After getting my degree in electrical engineering, and working in power electronics product design for 4 years, I decided I wasn't going to be happy working in that field. So now I manage leasing and construction of rental properties (residential rental apartments) in Boston. I still work on electronics(mostly guitar amplifiers) in my spare time, but it's more of a hobby now. My current work is much more social, and I love it.
My band Instant Shawarma plays shows frequently in the Boston area. We write all of our own music, and have an album released. Here is the link if you want to have a listen: http://instantshawarma.bandcamp.com
I spend my spare time snowboarding, playing music, meeting new people, and experiencing life outside of the generic workday as much as possible. I'm pretty easy going.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This is a great way to visit another country. I'm not the kind of guy that goes on all the tourist trips, and buys souvenirs and stuff. I want to meet locals and hang out with them. I don't want to stay in some hotel where I'm isolated from the real culture of the place I visit.
Interests
Experiencing more of this planet, meeting people of different cultures, and widening my perception of life.

Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn about other cultures, and their lives. I can teach you how to make some really good soups 👍. Let's share something music related...
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a good cook, and happy to share music with you. I've been playing guitar for 12 years. If you're a musician too, let's jam.
I'm also pretty handy if something breaks in your house. That engineering degree is still useful on a daily basis ;)
