Hi :-) 28 from New Zealand. Currently travelling in Europe.

Update 25/11/2013. Now 30 haha...living and working in Brisbane, Australia for a bit. Figure I should give back a bit while I'm comfortable so thanks to all the awesome people who hosted or assisted me on my travels :-)

Update August 2018 - Running a renewable energy company based in Melbourne and travelling/working nation wide, delivering green solutions to homeowners and businesses throughout rural Australia.
Often hiring backpackers to help promote the brand by joining our team on roadtrips to idyllic towns with $$, accommodation, breakfast, and a healthy work/play balance all part of the gig ;)

Update April 2019-
Taking some time off to revisit some of my fav oz spots and explore more besides ...My friend Kate and I are keen to meet more awesome locals to chill and/or adventure with! We are both positive open-minded people, always up for learning new things and sharing what we've learnt from life so far...love to share good food and banter with the right company🤣 Look forward to meeting you if this resonates!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have surfed in Australia, Europe, and Asia. While living in both New Zealand and Australia I have hosted people from all over the world and shared some wonderful experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosting is a great way to continue travelling when you are stuck in one place for whatever reason. Have met awesome people from all over the world and enjoyed sharing some great adventures, interesting conversations, delicious food, and good memories :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sunrise seakayaking in the able Tasman national park New Zealand I observed a meteor to my eyes the size of a basketball with a massive fire tail burning up in deep purple and orange as it entered the atmosphere.
The spectacle lasted for at least full 30 seconds from my vantage point.

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe that I have a lot to give and am always willing to share what I have learnt so far in life, whether through negative or positive experiences. I am currently trying to learn French & Te Reo Maori, build a business, and establish a healthy work/play balance :-)
