About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Helping the world via Oriental Medicine and spreading the attitude of Gratitude

ABOUT ME

Hmmm. Where does one start? I was born overseas, raised in Upstate NY, went to school in Albuquerque, NM and now reside in The Applegate Valley in OR. I practice acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in a renovated shipping container clinic on some beautiful land.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem! But look both ways before crossing the road.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to go off the beaten paths...asking cab drivers where the most authentic meals are in the exotic places I go. I make friends with the people of the area, not just being a tourist and I love to learn and have fun! I also like to meet new people and show them around the area in which I live.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed with friends when I was a hippy kid on the road. I recently couch surfed with a friend for the weekend in Portland, OR.

I have FORMALLY met a few people through couchsurfing during my trips to Chicago and Portland.

Interests

Gardening, learning, reading, drinking and eating great, organic food...especially if it is cheap! :) Hanging out with a few good friends. Hiking, camping, backpacking, roadtripping.

Music, Movies, and Books

There isn't much I don't like in the way of movies or music. On the music side, I love classical, contemporary classical, Blues, Trance, Classic Rock, Folk...even some old style Country...Bluegrass tends to be my least favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam in lots of waterfalls!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to share a meal with you, home cooked or just go out for a drink. I can talk Oriental Medicine with you and show you around the town.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Acupuncture, food, knowledge of life.

Countries I’ve Visited

Brazil, Canada, China, Iceland, Jamaica, Malaysia, Mexico, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In

Thailand, United States
