I have been practicing some Yoga mainly Vinyasa, Asthanga, and Hata now I had been introduced to Kundalini, so kind of mix in the styles is what I enjoy more and of course I include in my daily routine the meditation time, frecuencly I do it at morning.

I'm activist for environmental care and also in a different cause to human rights but now I do not have any organization I'm in.

I love everything about agriculture mostly just type of orchards and I keep learning about.

Also like so much everything about ways to learn, how to do less consumer and be more natural.

I want to learn more about permaculture
I'm a Vegetarian and I love cooking

I love mountain bike (or whatever sport) obviously everything sport that has adrenaline I enjoy
