About Me

- Unfortunately, we are not able to host at the moment -
We are currently based in Heidelberg / Germany - not Berlin (anymore) as stated in my profile.

In the olden days - from 2008 onwards - I gained great couchsurfing skills as a guest and as a host. I like feeling comfortable and having a good time, so I always make sure that people around me feel just the same.

PHILOSOPHY

Thinking outside the box and adopting some of these thoughts in everyday-life is something I really regard necessary. I am generally interested in hearing different opinions and philosophies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been a couchsurfer since 2008 - a periode long enough to state that I made the most amazing experiences with strangers through the network, but unfortunately also a few irritating encounters.
When requesting to stay as a guest, please proof that you read my profile by mentioning two of my interests - otherwise I won't reply, since not reading profiles seems to be a habit of some.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have made many close friends through Couchsurfing. Unforgotten is a stay near San Francisco where I ended up on a couch with most spectacular view. Instead of staying 3 days, with the CSer, I ended up staying 8 weeks! Great times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. my sub-conciousness led me to a misunderstanding in a travel agency which led me to a one-way flight ticket to the Azores Islands. One of the best vacations I ever had!

2. in a case of emergency one couchsurfer once offered me to stay at his apartment while he was out of town - without even knowing me...!

Teach, Learn, Share

The last thing I learned from CS is to read a Chinese oracle - I can give you a reading!
