ABOUT ME

I was born in Italy in 1948. I have been a math and physics teacher and then principal of a secundary school. I've been very involved in this job.
I believed, during the '60s-'70s in changing our society in an equal and better one. We, as movement, historically failed, but I still believe we can get society better through school, education and sharing. I, often, idealize people, sometimes this tendency enrich me with surprising encounters.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have some experiences in CouchSurfing guesting travellers in my house in Vercelli. During my long trip to Antipodes I have experienced the great hospitality of couchsurfers.

Interests

I've surfed through many cultural interest. In this moment I'm appasionate of Big History.
I've worked on fractals, pedagogy of mathematics and physics.
I love just thinking and sharing view on humanity and society....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 1968 I was twenty years old and I was an idealistic student of physics in Pavia, Italy. I was involved in the struggle to change politics, customs and society in Italy.

I live since 42 years with my first and only wife, Marilia, and we still have a lot to share!

From September 2013 to December 2014 I had a long trip along the world USA Kiritmati, Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Bosnia, Croatia, Sweden, Russia, Bali and of course Italy...Venice, Ischia, Sicily,

I can share my experience in the Italian educational system and my passion for historical and scientific problems.
I can show how to prepare an handmade bottle of white sparkling wine with champenoise method.
I can make good "sour" coktails.
I am open and curious to learn from people's passions.
