I am a playwright and theater student who goes to New York University. I am extremely passionate about travel and exploring the world around me. Ultimately, I want my work to be in conflict resolution and refugee support.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Because I want to follow my wanderlust; and when I can't, meet people who are following theirs. I am blessed to have travelled a bit and live with a group of people from every country in the world. I wan to continue to do that and provide accommodation for people coming to Abu Dhabi or New York (I travel between both a lot) and similarly meet locals when traveling. I strongly believe that meeting locals through communities like Couchsurfing helps one understand and enjoy the country they are in more and come out of the trip with a finer experience.

Interessen

The things I truly love are film, music, art and the theater. I feel most content when experiencing those.

When I travel, I really like to go to sites in the morning and walk through cities and meet people at night.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I really like all kinds of music but the things I come back to constantly are the classics: Cole Porter, Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Queen and Journey. I also live for Musicals. I've listened to Rent so many times it's insane.

My favorite movie is by far West Side Story. Technically it's not a movie but I'd say Sherlock is probably the best filmmaking technique I've ever seen.

Books - Ahh! so many... how does one choose? Angels in America by Tony Kushner and Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling.

I got a signed autograph from the director of Hamilton! I hiked to the top of the Sintra Mountains in Portugal and been stranded in the forest for 24 hours in Malaysia when I lost the hiking trail.
