Hello my name is Adam I'm from Derry in Ireland. I'm 21 years old. I am currently doing my Level 3 personal training and can complete exams whenever I choose to which gives me plenty of times on my hands. I have a passion for boxing as I have being doing it on & off since I was 10. I have a passion to gain more knowledge about different cultures around the world and not just the one I live in today. I am deeply passionate about having a healthy diet and lifestyle as I believe that your health is your wealth. I believe a plant based diet is the best way to go although I still eat most types of food.

I love techno music I would have that as my personal number one genre type of music although I could honestly enjoy any type of music apart from heavy metal, I'm just not into that music. I enjoy reading books about the mind, psychedelics and ancient knowledge.

Amazing things I have done would be acting in a short film called 'lucky seven' it was for a German student who was studying in Munich. Living in a little fishing village in Portugal called selima just outside of Lagos for 7months. Going to Ibiza & Amsterdam was also an amazing experience.

I have a passion to teach people about a plant based diet as I have learnt a lot of knowledge online and I believe sharing the knowledge is a good thing to do. It's great to see more and more athletes making the switch to a plant based diet such as the Diaz brothers in MMA. Tony Gonzalez in the NFL and mike Tyson.
