Overview
About Me
I'm an aspiring architect moving to Los Angeles to continue my career.
Growing up, I've always been interested in other cultures, customs, and foreign languages. I have my master's degree in architecture and I also study Spanish in my free time. In college I was awarded a scholarship to study Chinese in Taiwan. I do speak a little Chinese although it's not the best. 对不起.
I've always found that I can easily chat with people about their background and hearing what their life is like.
Oh, and lastly, this should go without saying, but I'm incredibly respectful of people's places. I am very clean and promise to keep your place in the same condition in which I arrive.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
An Australian tourist I hosted, who then became a good pen pal, suggested I check out this website for my move to Los Angeles. I'm moving to LA from Florida in the beginning of January. I have a place to stay for the immediate week I arrive but shortly thereafter I will need a place to stay for a week while I continue pinning down some job interviews in my field (architecture).
I hope I can use this as an opportunity to meet some fantastic people in a place that will be brand new to me. Although I'll be using some time during the day for job interviews, I'm down to go exploring, go on mini-adventures in the city, and see what your daily life in LA is like.
