I'm a gay single dad, with three teenagers at home. They keep me quite busy, when they are with me, but I love being a dad. I am recently divorced, and as I am creating a new life, I realize that I need to see more of the world, and continue to meet new people. one of my favorite activities in singing in my choir. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that a country is not made of it's landmarks and tourist traps, but instead, it is the PEOPLE that make it wonderful. I want to see a new place the way that it is seen by those who love it as their home, and what better way to do it then by Couchsurfing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have helped coach hundreds of women through birth as a labor nurse. I even got to catch my third child when he was born! Now I work as a visiting nurse, visiting first time low income mothers to help them become successful parents. I think I have the best job in the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy singing, cooking, talking about books and movies, playing board or card games. I’d love to learn yoga, pottery, or how to do a cartwheel.

What I Can Share with Hosts
