I'm a writer and photographer. I mostly write about and shoot sports, but I'm looking into exploring more artistic photography.

My writing and photo work regularly appear in the Knoxville News Sentinel, Citizen Tribune, GetMoreSports.com and the Chicago Cubs' Vine Line Magazine. I'm the official sports photographer for Carson-Newman athletics (CNEagles.com).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My kids are leaving the coop and it's time for me to do some traveling and explore a little. I have a friend that's used it a lot and couldn't be happier with her experience both as a host and a traveler.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I actually have a pretty cool job, so I get to do amazing things all the time. As far as adventurous things, not enough. Which, I guess, is why I'm signing up for this.

Teach, Learn, Share
