About Me

I'd like to think I'm a pretty easy going person, was once shy and quiet but now much more loud and adventurous. Im very chilled and always relaxed even when I shouldn't be, Im yet to really find anyone I can't get on well with. Im into the usual film and TV type stuff, friend got me into anime, which is becoming an unhealthy addiction. I read pretty often, all kinds of books as long as they're decently written. Id like to do more writing myself but never seem to have the time or motivation. I've already done a bit of travelling and now I've got a taste I don't want to stop.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've got plans and farmwork sorted out for mid may to finish my trip and 88 days for a second visa but not the money to last at the moment. A friend recommended I try this, as she had a great time and found it pretty useful aswell as a great opportunity to meet new interesting people. To me that sounds awesome and I hope I get that experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

Fratellies are my favourite band, even though everyone only knows the one song. My music taste is prety all over the place, one minute I'm listening to some 60's music next some hard rap. I always come back to rock and indie.

Way too many movies to list, really enjoyed "the fighter" recently and have a weird love for "the boat that rocked". Im usually hard pressed to find films I don't enjoy, more into dramatic stuff right now, or things that make you actually think.

Favourite author is "Lee Child" with the jack reacher books. I just find them impossible to put down.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stood at the entrance to a cave in Cambodia, watched the sunset and then a million bats fly out for over an hour. Most amazing thing I've seen with my own eyes.

Teach, Learn, Share

In some places on Asia they serve Bbq rat on a stick. It's actually pretty good just a bit boney.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My love of all things, several funny stories (some pretty embarrassing) and some tips on things back in England and other places I've visited.
