About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Go everywhere

ABOUT ME

I am starting my final year of college, after which I'll get a job as an engineer, but that's primarily just to finance the amount I travel I do. I go abroad as much as I can humanly fit into my schedule and I don't like staying in one place for too long. If I could, I would spend my life on the road going from one place to another constantly, but alas, I also have to work.

PHILOSOPHY

Be a net good in the universe. Even if it's only by a little bit, make the world better for you having been in it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host when I live in a city which people want to visit and I like to stay with people when I'm travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to the website couchsurfing but I have hosted and stayed with people I didn't know, always (so far) to a great deal of success. I don't care if the people I stay with are busy, I'm happy to spend time with them if they're around or just do my own thing if not. Similarly, when people are in my city I'm pleased to show them around but completely comfortable just being a place to crash.

Interests

I like to experience new things. Because of this, I like meeting and talking to people I've never met, eating unique foods, drinking unusual drinks, and above all, seeing things I will probably never see again.

Music, Movies, and Books

Far, far too many to list here. I enjoy concerts, going to the movies, and sitting on a beach or at a coffee shop to read a good book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The summer after I graduated high school I took a "grand tour" of Europe with a friend, living as cheaply as possible, and staying with those who would put us up.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a veritable treasure trove of useless knowledge and impractical advice.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Palestine, Peru, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State
