I'm a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania working towards my PhD in Bioengineering. My research focuses on orthopaedics, specifically tendon injuries and clinical treatments.

Outside of the lab, I love cooking, running, Muay Thai, craft beer, and more!

My current career plans are to pursue a job outside of academia, likely in the start-up, consulting, or investing space.

I was born in New York, grew up just outside of Philadelphia, lived in Boston for four years while attending Tufts University, and moved back to Philly with my wife in 2013.

I am fortunate to have the opportunity to travel and present my research. I'd like to extend my trips whenever possible to explore cities I visit, and couchsurfing allows me to do that with someone who really knows the area.
