Hi! My name is Adam. I am a software engineer, working from home. I love walking (I try to do 10,000 steps per day), working out (I work out in the building; I do push/pull/legs days), and I take care of my health: I try to eat unprocessed, high-fiber food and get enough omega-3 (I eat fatty fish every other day). I have also been making electronic music for 4 years.

Sofa (ideally for 1 person, 2 is okay but might be tight) in an open 1-bedroom (almost studio), 1 bathroom (priority to host). Must be out between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and no noise after 11:00 p.m. No restrictions from Friday night until Sunday. Gym, outdoor pool (summer), basketball court in the building, as well as a common area with pool table, ping pong, arcade games, foosball, and a terrace with a view of Montreal. Direct access to the orange line from the building.

Groceries: 15 min walk
Near : Five Guys, French bakery, Red Chicken, Starbucks, Sushi, Thai food, sports bar (La Cage au Sport), Place Bell (event venue + ice hockey), and other restaurents.

Drugs, smoking, loud music/partying, or disrespectful behavior → immediate expulsion, zero tolerance.
