I'm a very artsy kind of person. I can be a bit shy at first, but when I get to know someone well then I'll really come to trust them.

I love music of nearly every kind; listening to it, performing it, and even writing it too. If you are a musical person then we will definitely get along. I sing, play guitar and I've recently gotten into samba percussion too. Also I'm into old, sometimes obscure films and books.

My job is great fun, even if it's not anything to do with my Uni degree. Presenting to people is great for confidence, and running games is a real test of patience at times.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I've been quite indoors-y and introverted most of my life but now I'd like to go out, see the world, and meet people some more. Also I've always enjoyed talking to foreigners so I'd love to meet people from all over the world, whether I'm visiting another country or just meeting foreigners here in the UK.

Music: Soooo much: Classical, Jazz, Rock, Dance, Electronic, Hip Hop, World music (especially Brazilian and Indian Classical). I'll listen to almost any genre.

Films: 2001: A Space Odyssey, Playtime, Mind Game, The Grand Budapest Hotel... "Artsy" films in general.

Books: Ulysses, Gravity's Rainbow (and Thomas Pynchon as an author), Tristram Shandy, The Hobbit, and many more.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Playing samba at Brighton Pride 2017. The parade itself was great, but in the evening we all went out into the city and played a free concert for the people. A massive crowd formed and everybody was dancing. We kept playing for hours until we couldn't play any more, well past midnight. It was worth the tiredness and the blisters afterwards, the music brought us all together.
