Overview
About Me
My name is Adam, i am travelling as much of the world as i can with my fiance Ramona.
We have been together for 8 years and saved enough money to get married but decided we would rather spend the money meeting beautiful minded people from around the world. We love landscapes and nature, and also love the buzz of a city. We love interacting with local people even if neither of us speak a common language, human kindness defies all barriers (even language!). I am incredibly outgoing and will try anything once. We love the incredible textures and flavours of world cuisine, we are proud to be British but our food is terrible in comparison to the rest of the world :P I hope you have enjoyed reading this bio, we are open minded, easy going and respectful. We hope to meet like minded souls.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are on Couchsurfing because we like the idea of staying with people, learning from people, saving a bit of money and making new friends from around the world. Upon returning to England we will be living on a widebeam canal boat on the River Stort. Set within the Essex countryside, there are few better places in the whole of the UK for serenity and beautiful views, we would love for any visitors to London to come and share our idea of paradise :)
Interests
In my spare time i enjoy nothing more than going into London with some beer money in my back pocket and my camera around my neck with Ramona or a few friends for some street photography. So many people and personalities, so many opportunities to interact with other people, and so many laughs. I am in awe of the complexity of life that is so apparent in cities, millions of people weaving their own life tapestry, sharing needle and thread with every person around them. To capture this is beautiful, to be a part of it is overwhelming. You have to let life flow through you or it would knock you down . I am lucky to live half an hour from London, and half an hour from beautiful countryside. I am in awe of the natural world and the wildlife that inhabits it. I spend many weekends watching David Attenborough documentaries for 5/6 hours straight with a cup of tea.
