I have been in NYC since September 1st and will leave to Florida to deliver the Avatar Course on October 26th. I lived in Manhattan from 1999-2008 when I was working on Wall Street so it's been nice to be back!

I completed a four day adventure race in 2001 - 225 miles in four days including 100 miles of sea kayaking!
