Professional Aussie couple taking 12 months to experience everything that Canada and the US has to offer.

ABOUT ME

Dan and Adam here, we hail from Brisbane/Gold Coast on the east coast of Australia.

We both work in the healthcare industry back home, but have given all that up for 12months (maybe more) to go road-tripping through Canada and the USA.

While travelling we've enjoyed snowboarding, hiking, photography, and experiencing the different cultures of each of the cities that we visit. There's nothing better than meeting a friendly local who is willing to share their favourite eating/drinking spots with you, or teach you about the city that they live in.

Back at home we both work hard and live a social life. We love dogs and animals in general, and tend a little towards the geeky side - enjoying the occasional videogame and a few more trashy TV series than we'd care to admit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've got a car that we're happy sleeping in, so we're more just looking to meet locals and fellow travellers along the way to share experiences and have a good time. Having a car, we're also more than happy to offer lifts to anyone if it vaguely fits in with our travel plans.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Minimal couchsurfing experience to date.

Hoping that Couchsurfing will provide an opportunity for us to broaden our experiences and make friends while travelling, and we look forward to having new friends visit us back in Australia.
