ABOUT ME

I have joined CS after hearing great experiences from friends who are members. I am looking forward to meeting new people, and hearing fresh points of view. I am currently studying Photography at Westminster university, and living in East London. I am relaxed and easygoing person with a broad spectrum of interests. I love riding my bike around the city, and am always keen for a night out. I enjoy being outdoors, and love wild swimming, canoeing and generally exploring beautiful places.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live as intuitively, and freely as possible. I enjoy unplanned experiences and aim to be positive and enthusiastic in new situations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am quite new to the world of CS. But have a lot of close friends who are involved. I intend to host whenever I can, as well as using the Couch Surfing network to enrich & expand my own travelling experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far my experience is quite minimal, I have however quite a broad experience in other travel networks such as WWOOF'ing and HELPX. I am currently writing this from my hosts house in Stavanger, Norway. After spending 2 weeks working on a woodland retreat with a friend.

Music, Movies, and Books

Enjoy a broad spectrum of music, listen to a lot of electronic, and house thanks to my house-mate mainly. But listen to most other music as well. I read alot of sci-fi, H.G Wells, John Wyndham etc. In terms of film, I watch a vast amount of documentaries, lots of Herzog, and other informative, and beautiful things like that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the world with friends seems to be the most continually enjoyable and amazing thing for me, new places, views and peoples never cease to keep me happy.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am always willing to help people with photography, both digital and film. I also am happy to share more vague skills like cycling in the city, or even how to cook some of my favourite meals.
