Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Keeping my Med School student woes in check by traveling while I can
ABOUT ME
Before I decided to work on becoming a doctor, I worked as an associate producer on documentaries about WWII for museums and visitor centers.
So, while I'm in med school, I can certainly talk about any of my wide ranging interests. If you want to talk about the citric acid cycle, that's cool, too.
PHILOSOPHY
Live free or die
...Ok I'm just quoting the New Hampshire license plate motto.. I have to give this question some thought.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've met loads of CS people, but never really officially hosted or surfed (yet). My trip to New Zealand this past summer of 2013 prompted me to put together a profile of my own
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've not yet hosted, but my partner, Rik4002 on CS, is a seasoned host and surfer. So I've traveled with some of the people she's met on CS, so all of the CS contacts I have had are through her.
Before going to New Zealand and surfing there, I spend a week in Scotland with Georg, an awesome German friend whom my friend met on CS.
I also surfed in Edinburgh with someone my friend hosted in NY for a week last summer-- it was awesome and a great unofficial welcome to the CS community.
