ABOUT ME

That I'm an intellectual because I'm always getting into in depth conversations about everything from nutrition to politics to religion and I guess I would say life in general. That I'm a caring person and would do anything I can to help a friend or family member out. That I'm a good father to my 3 children and my nephew whom I'm also currently raising. And that I like to have fun, just cleaner fun nowadays :)

Interests

Christianity as I'm a faithful follower of Christ. My children whom I love to death and miss a lot as they've been in Louisiana for the summer. Paleo lifestyle which I'm currently living when it comes to nutrition and exercise. Natural Health and Holistic Medicine. Science as my current day job deals with much Chemistry which I've always been fascinated about. Archery which I'm just getting into (a co-worker and friend of mind was kind enough to let me borrow one of his bows :-) and hope to get semi-good enough by this fall to go hunt some deer and/or turkey. Researching as I'm one of those guys that doesn't just take anybody's word for it and have to do my own research on the topics that interest me. After all knowledge is about "What you know" and more importantly "How you know it"

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently listening to christian rap & rock and reading the "Bible" and "Science & Christianity." Just got done reading "Introduction to Objectivist Epistemology" and before that was "Wrath and Righteousness: Episode 1". Last movie I saw was "The Avengers".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. When the Lord calls you go. The holy spirit surging through my body on that particular day felt like the most intense body buzz I've ever experienced in my entire life. 100x greater than any other type of life experience that has brought on a similar type of feeling including hearing one of my favorite songs and getting that tingling sensation or doing mushrooms in the past and feeling a mediocre body buzz in comparison. I'm high on Christ now is what I tell people now. That's my drug of choice.
The birth of my 3 children and I mean ALL 3. What an exciting experience. Very emotional. There is nothing in this world that will put a smile on your face the way your kids do even if they are buttheads some of the time.
