I am a quietly intense jack of all trades; calm and solid at the surface but churning with thoughts and emotions in the depths, which will become obvious to you if you let me go on about cognition, learning, material literacy and so on...

A certified teacher in the primary school subjects bild and slöjd (arts and crafts) and can be defined as a diverse maker of things, particularly in wood. Have previously worked as a museum educator, massage therapist and personal assistant, and have been known to amuse myself as a larper, singer, gamer and godfather of my quite intense godson.

Oh, and I'm into budo, yoga, kimpro and generally moving my body around. :)

I dance! Contact improvisation has been shown to me, and i love it.

Development of the mind and body, together, with the goal of being happy, in the now, also later.

Handicraft, woodworking, leather, etc, etc...

Budo! Ju-jutsu for six years, got a blue belt and instructor training. A couple of years since I was seen on that particular mat though... Currently I am training Bujinkan.

Yoga! A little bit of it every day.

Storytelling! Be told, it's really more about the meeting than the speaking.

Meditation. It's good for me.

Larp, books, hiking, playing the tin whistle, singing in the choir, etc...

Well, I apparently like to keep busy.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music... Weell, everything from Mongolian throatsinging to trap.

Movies: Amelie Poulain, I love it! Intouchables is great to. Really great. Other favorite's is Mr Nobody, Kind of a funny story and... Well, it feels like I should write another film here, rhythm-wise, but I cannot think of any at the moment. :)

Bookwise, I am a solid Pratchett fan 'nuff said.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Last lucid conversation I had with my grandmother, in very short; I told her I had not been a happy person, she cried and said that she wanted me to be happy, I cried and promised her I would be. We cried together.

Having finished the toolcabinet that I had worked on for a semester, and being able to zoom out and see it as a whole, flaws and all, to accept it and see it as a wonderful creation of my hands, my hands. To recieve the uniform judgement from family and friends, that, it was to nice to keep tools in, to see the look on my fathers face when he first saw it.
