About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Bought a one way ticket to the Virgin Islands by myself. Here goes nothing!

ABOUT ME

I have a terrible case of gypsy feet and I work in the restaurant business, which has done nothing but enable this "problem" :) I try to embrace every opportunity that comes my way. I guess I have a fear of missing out on things that are potentially life changing. I want to experience it all!

PHILOSOPHY

"The more you live, the less you die"(I think that was from a Vans shoe commercial a while back but it's spot on)

"If you're not trying to make progress, you're just in the way"-Ani Difranco

Everyday I try to figure it all out. I want to be the best person I can. I want to find true happiness and I refuse to settle for anything less.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have always offered up the spare bedroom or couch wherever i have lived to people that wanted to come check out where I was living. I was just recently informed about this organization. And while I currently do not have a place, once I get set up in the virgin islands, I hope to help out as many people as possible.

Music, Movies, and Books

too much music to even start to get into. Let's just say Glen Hassard and "The Swell Season" has recently struck a chord in me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My buddy and I were in Muir Woods Redwood National Forest and decided to go off one of the marked trails and trail-blaze up this mountain. When we reached the top there was a a clearing. You could see the Pacific Ocean on the one side and the tops of the redwoods on the other. We popped a bottle of champagne and instantly found ourselves caught in a hail storm.
