About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to meet people from around the world and eventually begin to travel myself.

ABOUT ME

I was born in Tucson, AZ, USA and moved to Texas when I was a few months old. I moved to Denver, CO with my partner in 2015.

I graduated from a small high school in central Texas. I graduated from Tarleton State University, an agricultural college of about 9,000 students. I received a Bachelors of Science degree in Horticulture, but use my education to teach science. One of the main perks to teaching is having many vacation opportunities.

I live an average life in South Denver. I'm roughly 10 - 25 minutes from anything in the city, including all of the nightlife and restaurants. I enjoy going out to all of the different areas that Denver has to offer.

We have 2 dogs, Pippin and Outlaw.

I enjoy outdoor activities when it's warm enough. Even if it's cold outside, I can find me skiing or doing something that keeps me busy. Cooking is a fun hobby but my "cook book" is on the slim side as I try to find new recipes that work for me.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life each day...minute by minute...enjoy it all.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I enjoy Indy Rock and Country Music (I'm from Texas), but more specifically Texas-Country. I can't say I enjoy only one genre of music, but I love to get to a good music festival.

Books: a good fiction novel and an occasional self-help book are always great. David Sedaris is a must!!
Movies: The Godfather is my favorite. I'm always in the mood for drama but a good comedy is much appreciated.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved to Colorado and finally learned to ski.
