Overview
About Me
I live with my partner Kirstie (and cat Pluto) in Northeast Portland, very near Alberta Street. We share a 3-bedroom house that can comfortably sleep four guests (more are welcome if sleeping on the floor or in the back yard is acceptable). It's a fairly old house, and we are fixing it up. It's a work in progress.
I work as an architect for a firm that is based in Los Angeles. I work remotely, from home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've couchsurfed all over and hosted some great guests who became great friends. I love meeting couchsurfing folks and have always loved the idea behind it.
When I lived in San Diego I hosted a lot of surfers, then only a few through college since I didn't have too much time or space, so now I'd like to get back into it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like rock n roll and the avant-garde, slow movies, and books written by the weird.
Teach, Learn, Share
I speak English fairly well, and I'm learning French and Spanish. I love talking about architecture, art, philosophy, languages, etc. I can cook vegan food, so I could share that. I suppose I just like to learn about people.
