About Me

CURRENT MISSION

University...!

ABOUT ME

Born in Colchester, grew up in Cambridge, i've now been living and working in Germany for 2 years but plan to study music in the UK this September. I'm easy-going, love traveling, interested in new things and am helpful (yes i will want to do your dishes if i stay with you!)

Music is my passion, I've played the cello since i was 6 and the bass guitar for 5 years. I love listening to music, reading about it, listening to lectures on it...

My other passion is cycling. I'm currently working as a bike messenger in (snowy!) Dresden. My dream for the next year is a cycle tour of Ireland and/or Scotland.

I also love reading generally, any book about anything, mostly non-fiction and cooking (vegetarian food, being a vegetarian)

PHILOSOPHY

...is fascinating, i can't say my own is very profound yet...so here's a quote from someone else...Look at situations from all angles, and you will become more open.
Dalai Lama

Music, Movies, and Books

A retired librarian from New York reccommended "The island at the center of the world" to me and said it was the best book he'd ever read. I haven't got round to reading it yet but it must be good!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Playing in the Beijing music festival, having had the chance to learn from so many amazing music teachers, finding the amazing details in everyday life.
