Hey, I’m Adam! 👋

I’m a freelance chef who splits my life between working in luxury hotels and traveling the world. My work often gives me the chance to live on-site, which helps me save up and then head off exploring I’ve been on the road for about 8 years now and have visited 76 countries (aiming for 100 before I’m 40!).

Travel for me isn’t just about ticking off places it’s about cultural immersion: eating local food, learning traditions, and connecting with people. Some of my most meaningful experiences have been through Couchsurfing, festivals, and chance encounters with strangers who became friends.

When I’m not in a kitchen or on the move, I’m usually:
• 📸 Taking photos or flying my drone
• 🎶 Dancing at festivals (big trance fan, but I love all kinds of music)
• 🍜 Hunting down amazing food (Vietnam is still my #1 for cuisine!)
• 🌲 Hiking or exploring nature
• ✈️ Planning the next adventure

I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful. I love sharing travel stories over a meal or drink, and if you host me, I’d be more than happy to cook for you as a thank you “perk of hosting a chef 😉”

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe travel is about people as much as places. Hostels and hotels are fine, but nothing compares to staying with locals, sharing meals, stories, and seeing a city through their eyes.

I’m not just here for a couch I’m here for connection. I love meeting people from different walks of life, learning about local culture, and hopefully giving something back in return whether that’s cooking a meal, helping out, or simply sharing good conversation.

Some of my most memorable travel moments have come from the kindness of strangers, and I’d love to keep that cycle going through Couchsurfing
