I am an outgoing, energetic, extroverted and fun individual that loves travelling, new experiences and meeting new people. My favourite way to experience any new city is with locals; I love diving into new cultures!
I am spending 2012 and early 2013 travelling and studying as an exchange student in Canada. I was born in England, where I spent my early childhood, but my permanent home is now in Perth, Western Australia.
I am also in the final semester of a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics double degree from the University of Western Australia; starting work in the field of Management Consulting in March 2013.

PHILOSOPHY

I love to live every day to the fullest and can run on six hours sleep per night. I want to die without regretting a minute of my life, with hundreds of thousands of fantastic memories and friends from all over the world.
I'm a highly logical person but I also believe in fate and karma. With regards to politics and economics; I'm pretty conservative (capitalism works) but I do have some left-wing attitudes (I support gay marriage, abortion etc.)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this stage, I am travelling, intending to couch surf and meet local travellers for bits and pieces of the trip.
When I return home and get my own place I look forward to hosting others!

I have a wide taste in movies; a few of my favourites are Pulp Fiction, Forrest Gump, The Shawshank Redemption and Fight Club. Similarly, I can appreciate all music genres (except country and rap!) Some favourites: Friendly Fires, Coldplay, Tycho, Crystal Castles, Bloc Party, The Chemical Brothers. I love the indie radio station 'Triple J' in Australia. I hate most pop music.
