Wannabe: full time traveller, writer and extreme sportist (ski, skydive, BASE, biking would all do)

Actual: graduate student in mathematical biology. Conducting frequent shorter travels around my fair city of London, delighting in all it has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't yet have experience of couchsurfing... I have always wanted to try!

Interests

Exploring new places, skiing, skydiving, cycling, storytelling, yoga, dancing badly, drinking (helps the previous one), discovering great new places to eat and drink, risks & adventure, coffee shops, COFFEE, cheese, other foods too but mainly cheese, science - doing it, writing about it, reading tales of faraway lands, writing them too, spoken word, people watching.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming in Lake Baikal from Olkhon island. Admittedly the swim didn't last too long... on the beach there was ice, in the sky there was sun, and many many miles between me and anyone.
