CURRENT MISSION

Hello,

We excited to start our new journey towards our big move to the Czech Republic. This is a huge move for us so while on this journey we plan on continuing our work/travels through Alaska and the Bering Sea to help us make this dream of ours a reality. Having experienced what Europe has to offer on two separate occasions, we plan on the returning to Europe for the third time to earn our TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) certificate. It will take a bit more time to make this happen but so far we’re right in track. As seasoned Couchsurfer we’ve been lucky to have met people along the way that helped us feel at home. Our first experience being hosted proved to be one of the most wonderful experiences in our lives and we’ve been in a sort of high, making friends and traveling this beautiful rock of ours. We both have huge hearts and are just hoping to make the best of every encounter.

We live in Texas and work throughout the year in Alaska in the fishing industry and proud parents to an long-haired dachshund named Bosco.

He's an entrepreneur and learning to code, she's a student to the culinary arts and both bust ass in Alaska.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're on Couchsurfing to learn more about other cultures and to open our doors to fellow travelers. We will be in Europe during October of 2018 and are also hoping to surf while we're there. Possibly a mix of CS and AirBnB.

I'm not the best musician but I would be glad to show whoever what i know and learn something along the way as well.

We are both happy to cook with/for our guests and hosts. We believe that the focal point to communication is a setting where a free flow of ideas can mix, intertwine, create beauty. In language, laughter, tears and acceptance...typically around a kitchen.
