ABOUT ME

I am a jazz drummer. As a career it has taken me to many parts of the world, and I hope to keep doing it for many years to come. I am a relaxed, easy going, thoughtful person... I am open minded, eager to learn from other people and cultures, and i like to laugh. Sometimes at my own jokes. Sometimes in my sleep.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in making the most of every day, and not taking people/situations for granted. I also try to live by the golden rule: "do unto others as you would have them do unto you"

I like all kinds of music, from Miles Davis to Beck to Radiohead to J Dilla to Talking Heads to the Beatles to Ravel. One of my favourite books of all time is "The Razor's Edge" by Sommerset Maugham... i am Larry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I heard an incredible singer/oud player from Iraq while at a party in Kuwait... The most passionate music I have ever heard in person. A very spiritual/surreal moment.
