Music, Movies, and Books

Pretty much anything. I don't have a list to recite.
One major one among couchsurfers is into the wild. Movie was relatively good but a disappointment compared to the book as is always the case. Into the wild was a trip; I can definitely identify with that side of myself that yearns to be a wanderer and adventurer. I think everyone has that in them to one degree or another; i honestly believe that you have to be "crazy" by societal standards to be truly well-rounded and elevated. Having said that, it's important to find the right balance be realistic.
I like comedy movies(stupid or smart as long as they're well made),scifi, drama, romance. Don't much like big blockbusters though.
I definitely prefer watching movies at home; more intimate and can pause any time for food or to go to the bathroom! :)
I'm into classic rock when chillin by myself, and electro for parties. was into rap/hip hop when i was a kid but now i find it pretty juvenile; same can be said about metal, punk etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Berlin was amazing. When going on the tours I knew most of the history already but it was so amazing to pull everything together and realize that this city was pretty much the epicenter of all the major events taking place in all of recent history. History is alive there and you can feel it.
Bangkok is absolutely nuts; a lot of great aspects but i had to get out after a few days and find a beach!
grand canyon; would like to spend a few days hiking.

Teach, Learn, Share

people, and humanity as a whole, should strive to "elevate to another plane of existence". it might sound cheesy but it's true. we should all support each other in this respect.
