ABOUT ME

My name is Aaron and the biggest passion in my life is sports. I try to keep up with basketball mostly the NBA but a little college ball as well. Other sports I enjoy are track, mountain biking, hiking, ultimate frisbee, football (american), I play a little futbol but am not very good. I like to try and sport at least once to see if I really like it. Family is a big part of my life, I am almost always in communication with my older brother who now lives across the country, and also my dad who is only an hour away but I still like to call a few times a week just to check on things.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to stay open to new ideas. Love to hear what others think. If you stay open to new ideas then you will never be short on ideas.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to participate by helping people have a friend. I often think of traveling but then hold back a little because I don't have someone to go with. With CS I look forward to giving people that friend to visit. For now all I can offer is some time for a coffee or drink but in the future as I establish myself I am excited to have a welcoming home to others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed twice now! Once in Copenhegan with an excellent host Tune, and once in Berlin with a very nice man Christoph. Both were awesome! It is so great to have a little place you can call home for a day or two when you are on the road. Thank you so much to everyone.

Interessen

As stated above I love sports. I also love a relaxed night out with friends, this can be at a party or just sitting at home having a good conversation, maybe even a movie. I like to try new things especially if it involves lots of adrenaline.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like listening to music a lot. Currently I am into a instrumental guitar phase, but I listen to all kinds of music. As is the case with most other things in my life I like to try different music out for a while to see how it grows on me. I believe there is a time and place for all music.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I played basketball on the Portland Trail Blazers court, then watched a game go into double overtime. The game was won on a last second shot, unfortunately the Blazers lost. It was still a very exciting game.
