1960's 'Oldies' Rock & Roll, Pop, British Invasion, Motown & Stax, Northern Soul, Tin Pan Alley, Garage, Power Pop, Glam, Punk Rock, Alt Rock, Freakbeat, Psychedelia, Girl Group, Sunshine Pop, Yé-Yé, French Pop, Folk, Singer/ Songwriter, Dub, Reggae, Ska, Surf, Jazz, Blues etc. Obscure artists to well.. just refer to my handle. Melody & authenticity are a prerequisite. There's a bit of contemporary music I really love of the Ryan Adams, Jenny Lewis, Wilco, Florence, Lana variety. The list goes on.

New movies are generally Judd Apatow kind of stuff. "Dramadies", as it were. Love Christopher Guest, Wes Anderson, Cameron Crowe, Coen Bros, Mel Brooks, Woody Allen, etc. Back To The Future is my all-time favorite movie, hands down. Lover of cult comedies. I try not to recite all of the film dialogue whilst watching with others. I'm (understandably) a sucker for music documentaries.

Television: 60's - 90's Classic sitcoms are great. I love MeTV, Seinfeld, Curb, classic Simpsons (through seasons 7 or 8), The Wonder Years, The Cosby Show, The Office, Freaks & Geeks, Parks & Rec, Party Down, Eastbound & Down, Girls, Mad Men, Breaking Bad
