Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My goal is to host as often (if not more than) I surf... It's a karma thing, I guess.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I can honestly say that so far, my CouchSurfing experiences have not only been very rewarding and positive, welcoming and gracious, but that each experience has been so uniquely different. Every city has its own feel, its own catalogue of things to do, its own group of friends, pints of beer, color of couches. This is a beautiful program and it only makes me think back to all the cities I have visited when I sat in a hotel room, watching some shitty movie and looking out the window saying "Wow, this is a nice looking city" ... Now I can actually make legitimate claims to the greatness of a city through the many extraordinary couchsurfers I'll meet along the way. Thanks to CouchSurfing.com!

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to movies, television and music, it's hard to find a film, TV show or artist I can openly say I hate. I like to go see movies in the theater and enjoy seeing an unknown band's show, but don't mind putting on a good record or shuffle-playing some iTunes, or renting a movie and calling it a night. I'm really up for anything.
I'm not very good at reading so when I do read a book it has to be damn good. My list of favorites include Still Life with Woodpecker, Jitterbug Perfume, Breakfast of Champions, Life of Pi, Autobiography of a Yogi, Lamb, the Book of Mormon, TANAKH, Jefferson's Bible, and any other religious text you throw at me...
