I have always had a love of traveling. Going to far off places and experiencing brand new things. Ive been going to different states in the United States as long as I can remember. It was when i was 14 that I had the opportunity to travel to a different country for the first time, and from then on I knew immediately I would travel as far and as often that I can. I love learning about new cultures and how others live on a day to day basis.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Being from Alaska it is not all to easy to travel the world. It is a remote area, even if it may not be as bad as it used to be, by many standards. So even though i have come to love its beauty and even its remoteness, it doesn't make it cheap to travel. So I am looking for more economical ways to save on trips i plan for the future.

Also, so as to meet new people and possibly make friends. To get those local hot spots that are hidden from everyone else (because i know how amazing those places can be).
