About Me

Well, I always find it hard to write this part. Honestly speaking, I'm a science guy. No, not a nerd! I think I've approximate knowledge of everything (would love if someone helps me to find this is wrong so that I can learn more, haha!). Easy-going, smart, funny and good sense of humor. Happy to help if I'm in a position to (be it with understanding some science, or fixing your desk). Oh! yes, I'm an astronomer and love speak to anyone about the heavens above for hours/days. I'm a traveler and photography enthusiast. I love flying drones around and getting some aerial images 'cos trust me, it's one of the best perspectives. I do follow many sports. A vegetarian foodie. You might find me punning around most of the time. Indeed, 7 days without a pun, makes me "weak".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, this seems to be a suitable place to meet and have some good time with the locals whenever I roam around the world. Also, the main agenda is to interact and learn.
I love to travel and hence I try my best to help fellow travelers as well. I enjoy the company of open-minded and wise, witty and cheerful people, who are always learning new things, and enjoy good company themselves.

Music, Movies, and Books

Definitely the old rock guy. Pink Floyd is the best ever band, period.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have visually observed the brightest quasar (extremely luminous active galactic nucleus). Sounds complicated? Shoot me this question when we meet. Also, it's 2.43 giga light-years away from us. Amazing indeed, isn't it?

Lot more amazing things, but you've asked for one.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Kannada language (one of the best Indian languages you can ever learn). I can also teach you to observe the Sun and Moon to the star clusters, galaxies and nebulae. As a photography enthu, I'd like to teach and learn new techniques. And share, well let's have memories and memes too? Lol.

Countries I’ve Visited
