Why Not Just Bacon?
Bacon is all about taste. Did you know that bacon has as much as six different flavors of the savory umami (one of the five basic tastes)? Bacon is unreplicable. Even my husband (who has been a vegan for a year) knows that bacon is undeniably delicious. Now, I know life is not always about the mouthwatering bacon that I fantasize eating at any given moment. It's sometimes about a bowl of Wheaties or whatever else is available. Not just bacon is a reminder I give myself when presented with a life decision. The decision can be big like, "What's my next move in life?" Or it can be about something small like, "Can I have bacon today?" Life is not just bacon. There, I've said it.

I'm interested in meeting people around the world and getting an insider's view into how other people live. My husband and I recently took a 6.5 month trip around the world and are still basking in the glow of how life-changing the adventure was. Hoping to be able to host in this next year or so to keep meeting people from around the world.
