About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To learn Arabic, love dogs, meet interesting people, and travel everywhere.
ABOUT ME
hard to write about myself because i'm not that sure yet who i am and am always changing, largely because of the people who i meet, but i suppose couchsurfing needs me to try. i am outgoing and love meeting new people, but i'm much more comfortable getting to know others one-on-one. i am easily influenced by others and their passions, and still trying to figure out what life is all about (cliche, but yeah for reals) and what i want to be/do. i'm up for just about anything and grew up in a bunch of different places so i think i adapt relatively quickly to new environments. love to party, but in my old age i get pretty exhausted after a night or two and need to relax and mostly just eat good food. i really want to accomplish something in life but i struggle with motivation and most of the time i just live in the moment...still figuring out if this is a good thing. my biggest accomplishment in life has probably been learning arabic, which i now teach! i'm a good guest...keep things clean and would love to get to know my hosts and chill out wherever they suggest, but can also venture out on my own. i looooove doggies and might end up just growing old with dogs, and hopefully some of my good friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
my experiences living in the old city of sanaa (yemen) were pretty dope. i basically lived in a beautiful gingerbread house with stained glass windows, paid around $100/month, hung with yemenis a bunch, and ate delicious food for an average of $1-2/meal (maybe $4 if we splurged and went out for ethiopian food). also, visiting soqotra was out of this world. google it, one of the most alien looking places on earth and basically untouched. last but not least, visiting the sahara in southeastern morocco and lying on a massive sand dune staring at the crystal clear stars for hours was probably the most peaceful experience i've had.
