CURRENT MISSION

I heard about couchsurfing.com a few months ago. I'm going to study abroad for a little bit and want to travel afterwards, so I thought this would be a perfect time to try it out!

ABOUT ME

I've had the stirrings of wanderlust since I was 15 or 16, but have always been busy with so many other things that it's been put on hold until (finally!) now. I love learning languages, and hope to continue learning throughout my entire life. I hope this is the start to a life long travel around the globe.

PHILOSOPHY

Generally quiet and contemplative, I prefer to be a listener than a talker most of the time. I've discovered in the last few months that the lifestyle that works best for me is mostly solitary or with one or two other people who I can strongly rely on and who´s company I love being in. I respond in the manner that I am received. I am willing to give anyone a chance upon first meeting them, and like to help people out when I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm not sure yet... this is my first venture into the project, so I'm just hoping to learn by example from others who are more experienced with the project.

兴趣

The ocean, hiking, an intense love for motorcycling, being outdoors in general is a love for me. I have an interest in photography, and only wish that I had a darkroom of my own to develop prints. My short time spent so far in Spain has also begun to develop an interest in painting (with all the masters such as Gaudi and Dali and Miro, etc. how can I not be interested!). This is my first travel outside of my home country, and so far it has been wonderful, so I think that an interest in travel should be included here.

音乐、电影和书籍

I´m open to mostly any kind of music, don´t really have a favorite though. I like dancing to techno. I´m not much of a fan of movies, because I usually feel like there are better things that I can be doing other than watching a movie, like doing stuff with friends or being outside exploring the world. I used to read a lot of books, but have traded that interest for my motorcycle and hiking.
