CURRENT MISSION

Travel to the far reaches of the earth and meet the people who live there (or something to that effect) or drive cross country and document the experience of the trip.

ABOUT ME

Most of my time is spent sleeping or eating, unless I am in a city I have never been before- in that case, the eating still applies but I like to be up and about exploring rather than dosing off. I am adventurous but fairly indecisive, so when presented with two awesome options, my general response will be "both!" Food and movement are a big part of my life and affect my mood more than human beings-- a good meal or dance-out can make my day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Thus far I have only been a "surfer". I joined Couchsurfing when I was spending a semester in Berlin because it seemed like -and was - the best way to travel.
As of now I hope to go to various places in the US, Budapest, Munich, Konstanz, Costa Rica, Morocco, Istanbul and Greece.

Teach, Learn, Share

I used to teach creative writing to elementary school kids and LOVED it. They always came up with the most inventive stories and characters. I know a few ways around writers block and some fun collaborative writing games (as well as card games/tricks).

If you like to dance, I can lead a warm-up and teach a few dance moves.

I love talking about all things photography and film.

Listening to people's perspectives has proven to be very enriching, I enjoy it when conversation can go from music to personal ideals.

I want to learn how to play the drums, harmonica, and trumpet and I am always interested in learning new recipes and languages. I am always up for learning new forms of dance, such as swing or salsa!
