About Me

CURRENT MISSION

try to manage time and work to CS a bit more ;)

ABOUT ME

I'm 29 (this might need updates), I live in Rome, I'm a computer engineer and I used to play guitar with my rock band once. I love photography (www.flickr.com/photos/adedip) and travelling!
I'm working as Ruby On Rails web developer and I'm also a freelance webdesigner :P (www.andreadippolito.it/portfolio)

PHILOSOPHY

A stranger is a friend that you haven't met yet. [A friend]

There ain't no surer way to find out whether you like people or hate them than to travel with them. [Mark Twain]

Svincolarsi dalle convinzioni, dalle pose e dalle posizioni [Morgan]

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

- Last trip outside Italy was in Scotland (but CS does not allow me to add a country in the "traveled to"), nice days in Edinburgh meeting lots of CS new friends.
- Finally I reached one of my dreams, touring Ireland by car..I did it..it was great..I've been host on the way by Dublinguy, 123Justin and Belle Victoria
- 2 days passing through London hosted by Icecreamballet
- The list shortned with Edinburgh..it's a little jewel in the cold scotland, but it really deserve a visit, I met great people and CS is really active over there!
- One of the most beautiful city in the world, New York, staying with Eben and Kieran ;)
- Hosted in Bologna by Alessandra first and Inti later and I shared with Inti,Anja and Ilaria the smashing pumpkins concert
- Ebru replied, hosting me (with Giorgio and Manu) at her place for CS WinterCamp in Istanbul
- I've been hosted by Aspa in Athens for the Greek-Italian meeting
- Hosted Ozan and Ebru from Turkey, two lovable fellows
- Couchsurfed with Margherita in Florence for their first year meeting ;)
- I had my first CS guests, it have been such a pleasure! I had a great time with those 3 texan girls :D.
- Saw The Who concert in Verona with Anna and I couchsurfed to her house..
- Outside CS I had a school exchange in 2000 with American guys from Massacchusetts (did I write it right?!) and on december 2006 I've been hosted by a Croatian family near Zagreb (for a Taizè meeting)
