我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

For some reason I did not manage to travel in my early 20s. Now that I have a relatively more stable life (degree, job, son, no relationship =P) endless travelling opportunities are presenting themselves and I want to avail them.
I recently traveled alone hippie style (with a tent, sleeping bag and a backpack) for a change and I instantly got addicted to it.

I am not a big fan of hotels. I like hostels but most of them dont really have a chill vibe so couch surfing is definitely the thing for me. I am super easy going, hygenic and a down to earth guy who values basic things such as food, sleep, jam sessions, concerts, nature bla bla. I am looking forward to get to know the proper culture of the places I visit... and what better way is there than spending time with someone who already lives there =D.
