我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I was in the United states as an au pair, one of my friends told me about couchsurfing and I thought it's a great idea! How else can you get to know the real culture of a place then meeting a local? I think staying with a couchsurfing host it's an awesome way how you can learn about the real life, people, ways of living and culture of a city or country.
I stayed with another friend at a couch in Chicago and I think without our host we wouldn't see ad many things as we did.
