Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing as a social community is one of the best way to create a net between people who find themselves traveling around and wanting to share their time with locals. I really like this way and I try to use it as much as I can.

Interests

Love when i find myself riding my bike in the late night hours - just me in the wind and the silent city with its strange and interesting people who get up when everybody's sleeping.

The sea, the mountains and the folklore of those places whose beauty keeps still alive in this world.

To learn, always, everywhere and everything. To be inquiring is the key of freedom.

Very bad at making lists. At random: The Clash, Charlie Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy, Amarcord, Brigitte Fontaine, Grotowski, Citizen Kane, Lady Chatterley's Lover, Antonine Artaud's "The Theatre and Its Double".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Frozen Peipsi Lake, in Estonia. It's the biggest lake in Europe. I ended up there with friends, we just stopped there with the car and started walking on it (better say, we crept along it). The surface was completely frozen. It was amazing.

Being at 3000m. and staring at the magnificent face of Monte Rosa, Italy (it's the second highest mountain in the Alps). The silence there was priceless.

An extraordinary city I visited: Tehran. A giant.
