ABOUT ME

Hi there :) Thank you for reading this profile.
I recently finished my PhD in Montreal which I really loved. Even the winter is not too bad for a girl from northen China who likes skiing and skating. Now I've moved to this very warm country Singapore and am very much enjoying the life here.
I've always been energetic and open-minded. I want to use every minute of my life to explore the world and myself, have fun and make the people that I love happy.
I enjoy having deep conversations which can enlarge my horizons. So I love meeting people from different backgrounds.
I live a very healthy life. It's very important for me to eat good food, sleep well, do exercise everyday and stay happy. I cannot really stay where there is smoke or stay up later than midnight. Also my place is smoke- and pet-free. Wish everybody a healthy life-at least a life they enjoy!

If I go surfing at your place, you and your personal habits will get my full respect, undoubtedly. And I would expect to communicate with you and listen to what you have got to say about your passions.

I heard CS from the internet several years ago.
And in 2011 two good friends led me into this beauful world in reality!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed many times in China, Taiwan and Quebec.
Really love these experiences! People always give me unexpected kindness and enlightenment.

Interests

Travelling!!! Seriously, I enjoy travelling alone. It's perfect for observing and experiencing a place and meeting its people.
And reading, dancing, playing badminton, swimming , yoga, singing, eating:P, experiencing new things, meeting people.
I'm learning guitar right now, got hard finger tips! XD

I like "hard" movies haha, like science fiction or suspense movies.

Similar tastes for books as for movies. But I also read a lot for learning purpose. Currently I'm reading world history, philosophical history and microeconomics. Don't laugh! I've been learning science for my whole life. Time for getting the other side of view :P

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak Chinese very well hahaha~ Really I teach private Chinese lessons of different levels. So if you are interested, we can have a beginner lesson :P
I can talk a lot about life science, neuroscience and psychology,even in English now!
I am learning French now so would love to practice with you. But please be prepared because my French is still bad :P I would also like to learn salsa or ballet. What's more, I can cook Chinese food for us if you feel like tasting my cooking :)
