CURRENT MISSION

I've been living abroad for the last 17 years and have always had an insatiable passion for exploring and challenging myself.
I love wandering around, meeting new people, new experiences etc.

ABOUT ME I am French and went to live in London back in 2002 as I was very keen to improve my English and try something new. I stayed there for 14 years until I moved to Italy for a few years too. I generally like visiting cities, going to exhibitions, eating out or have a nice evening eating in with friends. I like outdoor activities and nature. I am into cycling, running and hiking mostly.
Personality-wise, for the ones who know about the MBTI at all and are interested in it, I'm part of the small INFJ crowd :-)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I decided to join Couchsurfing because it's a great way to meet like minded peeps and I'm interested in meeting locals wherever I go. I think it's great to see how people live rather than staying at a hotel where sometimes it lacks the warmth of a conversation over a home cooked meal.

兴趣

Travelling, volunteering, blogging, eating nice and healthy food, visiting new places, spending quality time with people.
I love being independent, my alone time and working on my self-development.

A few things pop to mind, but I'd say moving to London, a solo 5 day hike in the Mafate Cirque on Reunion island, solo backpacking around Scandinavia etc.

I believe we all have a little something to teach each other. I love talking about my experiences, answer questions if you have any and teach you skills and tricks I may have learned through my travels.
The above works both ways, so I love listening to people all the same and absorb all the good vibes I can get.

I am a great listener (yep, it's a skill nowadays - Ha!), I can help with English practice and I am very keen on uplifting people generally, so I'd be glad to share all that with you if we get to meet one day.
