Overview
About Me
I am a Chilean interested in knowing about our fascinating world and meeting people from other countries.
I got a sociologist degree in my youth, and now I work in higher education management and quality. It sounds boring, and it is for most people hahaha. Nonetheless, I like what I do, and always try to learn and know more things, especially history and human society's development (That's why I love to work in higher education institutions).
Sadly, my work demands a lot of time, therefore I am not usually capable of doing the type of journey that I would like. And if I cannot travel, CS can be a fruitful way to meet new people who share similar interests.
In this sense, I have been using CS for several years, and it is a remarkably good app for travelers who want to meet and share with locals.
If you host with me, we can coordinate some activities to do, but sometimes I can't do it due to my work. I am not concerned if you have your agenda for visiting the city (it is understandable).

Essentially, all kinds of material that involve history :D, however, Sci-fi and Fantasy are not bad (I love the Lord of the Rings and Alien trilogy).
In music, I love drum 'n' bass, rock, post-rock, and some Metal (sounds harsh, but I have a warm heart ;D)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travel on my bike, crossing hundreds of kilometers, lakes, rivers, and the Andes mountains twice!
Well, I must also mention that once I rafting in a small boat for 2 people with 3 more friends, and we four fell into the current, being dragged down the river!!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach some Spanish and a lot of knowledge about Chilean and Latin American history. And of course, a huge quantity of crazy stories.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have a lot of stories to tell, a good sense of humor, and a proven sense of responsibility toward travelers and hosts.
Nonetheless, if you want to stay with me, I assume you want to go for some beers and have a good talk at a bar or in the house. Well, I can provide it, no problem ;).
