About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Move to Hawaii and build a house out of shipping containers!

ABOUT ME

I live in Philomath with my boyfriend and a few siblings (and their spouses/significant others), and am going back to school to get an Electrical Engineering Degree at OSU.

PHILOSOPHY

If you are going to do something, then do it, don't just talk about it ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host when I can, and would like to surf more :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed with the OSU Solar Vehicle Team from Oregon to Texas for 3 weeks in June 2012, and from Oregon to New York in July 2012, and it was a blast! All of our hosts were awesome (and they were totally ok with hosting 14 people for a night or two, or 5!) :D

Interests

I love doing interesting projects/trips with people where I can learn new skills.
I also like just hanging out with family and friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching The Big Bang Theory, Psych, Battlestar Galactica, and Red Dwarf (there are others, but these are the ones I'm attached to at the moment :)

I'll listen to anything that has a good beat and isn't *too* terribly vulgar

I read things like the HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Lord of the Rings, and interesting sci-fi stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Helping to build a solar powered vehicle is pretty cool :)

Teach, Learn, Share

This household can share: awesome vegan cooking (although you are welcome to eat whatever you want), intelligent conversations, family atmosphere, and lots of ridiculousness.
